At AS SERVICES, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services and any products or spare parts purchased through us. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Services – No Return/Refund Policy
Repair Services once completed and accepted by the customer are non-refundable.
If you face any issue with a recent service, please report it within 48 hours of service completion.
We will provide a free re-visit in case of:
The same issue reoccurring (within the warranty period, if any)
Incomplete or unsatisfactory service (as per internal review)
2. Spare Parts – Return/Replacement Policy
If you have purchased a spare part through AS SERVICES, the following conditions apply:
Eligible for Replacement Only, not refunds.
You can request a replacement within 7 days of purchase only if:
The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
The wrong item was delivered
To qualify for a replacement:
Item must be unused and in original packaging
You must provide a purchase receipt or proof of service
Return shipping (if applicable) will be covered only in case of faulty or incorrect items
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued if a spare part is out of stock and a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
You will be notified via email or phone once your refund is processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Used or installed spare parts
Electrical/electronic items without a manufacturer warranty
Consumables like filters, fuses, etc., unless faulty on arrival
5. Cancellation Policy
Service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if notified at least 2 hours in advance.
For prepaid appointments, refunds will be initiated if cancelled in time.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a visit charge.
