Returns & Refund Policy

At AS SERVICES, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services and any products or spare parts purchased through us. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Services – No Return/Refund Policy

  • Repair Services once completed and accepted by the customer are non-refundable.

  • If you face any issue with a recent service, please report it within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will provide a free re-visit in case of:

    • The same issue reoccurring (within the warranty period, if any)

    • Incomplete or unsatisfactory service (as per internal review)


2. Spare Parts – Return/Replacement Policy

If you have purchased a spare part through AS SERVICES, the following conditions apply:

  • Eligible for Replacement Only, not refunds.

  • You can request a replacement within 7 days of purchase only if:

    • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

    • The wrong item was delivered

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must provide a purchase receipt or proof of service

  • Return shipping (if applicable) will be covered only in case of faulty or incorrect items


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only issued if a spare part is out of stock and a replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

  • You will be notified via email or phone once your refund is processed.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed spare parts

  • Electrical/electronic items without a manufacturer warranty

  • Consumables like filters, fuses, etc., unless faulty on arrival


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if notified at least 2 hours in advance.

  • For prepaid appointments, refunds will be initiated if cancelled in time.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a visit charge.
